DO YOU OFFER TELEHEALTH?
Yes! I offer telehealth therapy, yoga, mindfulness, and more.
DO YOU OFFER IN-PERSON SESSIONS?
Yes. My schedule varies, and in-person is subject to change per COVID protocols.
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
No, I do not accept insurance. I do offer a sliding scale, and work with many local scholarship programs to provide affordable therapy options. Spaces for those scholarships are limited, and not guaranteed.
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL SESSION LOOK LIKE?
I curate each session according to my client. Sessions vary! Typical sessions include checking in with you, grounding/regulating exercises (beginning, middle, and/or end dependent on client), processing of emotions & experiences, and scheduling our next session. Sessions can also include yoga, movement, the outdoors/nature, art/drawing/coloring, and more.
HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS?
Session length depends on the type of service & your preferences! I offer options as short as 30-minutes (not including the free 15-minute consultation), and up to 3 hours in length. Prices vary.

Yes - I offer everyone a free 15-minute consultation. This is a great time for you to ask any questions you may have, and for us to ensure that we are the right fit.
WHAT IF I SEE YOU IN PUBLIC?
My policy is to refrain from addressing my clients in public. This is to protect your privacy. That being said, if you would like to initiate communication, I will happily engage, and refrain from disclosing private information. These interactions are often kept brief!
