YOGA & MINDFULNESS
Starting my yoga journey just after high school, I quickly became enamored with the physical benefits it offered. However, as I delved deeper into the practice, my passion shifted towards inner exploration and personal growth.
Completing my RYT-200 with Meta Yoga Schools in 2018 equipped me with a profound understanding of yoga - from asana to philosophy, mythology, and Sanskrit.
In my work as a teacher, and my work as a clinician, I create an open space for our community to dig deeper into Self and utilize yoga to improve health physically, mentally, and spiritually. My classes are infused with intention, contemplative practice, breath work, and meaning to provide a fulfilling class and an introspective experience.

HOT YOGA
A detoxifying, hot vinyasa flow. In this class, we will focus on connecting breath to movement, setting strong intentions, and strengthening our body & mind. Be prepared to get sweaty in this fun, challenging, and rewarding class. Room temperature for this hot class is set at 96 degrees and can feel warmer with more students in the space. Don’t forget to bring some water!

WARM ALIGN & FLOW
After taking the time to feel the proper alignment in various postures, students move fluidly through an intelligent progression, syncing the body's movements with the breath. This class is designed to allow students to discover their own journey. Room temperature for this warm class is set at 85 degrees and can feel warmer with more students in the space. Don’t forget to bring some water!
